Organisations thrive when people have space to connect, contribute and enjoy the experience of working together. Yet somewhere along the way, work became serious — and play disappeared.
At Flute on Canvas, we bring creativity, play and human-centred experiences back into the workplace. Through theatre-inspired experiences, storytelling and thoughtful technology, we help people lower their guards, connect differently and rediscover the joy of creating together.
Transformation isn’t a single initiative or a moment in time. It happens through the experiences that change how people connect, create and work together.
At Flute on Canvas, we believe every organisation is a blank canvas. When we create space for play, curiosity and human connection, people begin to see each other differently — and new possibilities emerge.
Guards come down.
People meet differently.
New perspectives emerge.
Ideas begin to move.
People create together.
People thrive. Businesses grow.

Bring play back into work.
Somewhere along the way, work got serious — and the people in it stopped bringing their full selves to it. We use theatre, story and play to change that, one room at a time.
- Turning your team's untold stories into a shared language for change
- Theatre-inspired sessions that get people out of their seats and into the work
- Reigniting engagement where it's gone quiet
- Facilitation that makes room for ideas no deck ever could

Make technology work for people.
Behind every dropped call, dead-end form or clunky chatbot is a person trying to get something done. We design AI-enabled experiences that get out of their way.
- Finding the AI opportunities hiding in your customers' everyday frustrations
- Redesigning the digital moments people actually notice
- Building AI workflows that feel like a person, not a system
- Bringing your team along, so adoption isn't a mandate — it's a mindset

Theatre-inspired practice exploring presence, play and human connection.

Turning a complex wellness offering into a clearer digital experience.

Exploring customer transformation, technology and experience at The Customer Show.

Hi, I’m Rabia. My first career was in architecture — learning to see how spaces shape behaviour, long before I learned to see how experiences shape organisations.
Since then, I've spent over a decade leading technology-driven transformation in business — and for the past six years, I've also worked as a theatre artist and playwright, learning on stage what makes people truly connect.
I created Flute on Canvas to bring these worlds together, built on one belief: businesses don't thrive because of technology alone. They thrive when people do.
Because when people feel understood, ideas become meaningful.
Whether you’re reimagining how your people connect and work together, or exploring how AI can create more human customer experiences, it starts with understanding what matters.
