“One of my strongest belief in life is that there is a purpose of everyone’s existence in this world. The journey to the “Pinnacle”, is the purpose of human existence. We all strive to achieve that level but the difference remains in personality and motivation levels of individuals and how we react to those situations that are not in our favour.”

our process

Seamless workflow

We work with you to custom design practical workshops and training programs to educate and inspire your team for cultural transformation to deliver tangible results.

Empathize

We develop journey mapping through Value Chain Analysis and research. Insights derived from ethnographic interviews are used to build overarching empathy maps for key user groups.

Clarification

In this phase we focus on identifying the problem from insights in collaboration with key stakeholders to establish deign criteria.

Ideate

From each user group personas empathy maps, insights are generated into several point of view statements that gives a deeper understanding of customer needs, pains and gains. This leads to our design process phase.

Prototype

Before we test the design concepts in prototype form, at Flute on Canvas we believe in delivering Napkin Pitches to guide us to prototype creation.

Test

Flute on Canvas engages all key stakeholders in co-creation workshop to test the prototype. This step is crucial in de-risking the project by receiving the valuable feedback from potential users.
